"What do you mean you can't do anything?!" Jack pounds his fist on an office desk Oceana explains, "Look, I can go, but my power over them isn't any special. I've been kicked out by Hippolyta and is told not to come back." Jack, "At least try! My idiot sons are on that island, and who knows what's happening to them right now." Ocean sighs, standing up getting her helmet, "I'm going, but don't expect any miracles. Right now, they might be in a holding cell, most likely beaten. Sit tight, this is my top priority and I'm doing it alone." Jack sighs, nodding as Oceana leaves the building with a scowl on her face. She curses underneath her breath, "I'm gonna kill those kids for doing this!" Meanwhile in Amazon Island, two brothers Salvador and Chris Sandersi are indeed locked in a holding cell. Sal is passing the time singing songs that makes Chris uncomfortable. "Its about to rain flames Frames and brains to be blown into pieces is the reason u came Racist bigots wife beaters, judges and cowards all crowded together expecting a show and some dollars But instead the shit you're gonna see You're fearing in hell-" Chris yells, "Stop! Stop! Jesus Christ, stop singing Insane Clown Posse!" Sal, "I sing when I get nervous man, I can't help it!" Chris, "Well, maybe you shouldn't sing about murdering people!" Sal, " 'People'? Bigots and abusers are not 'people' they don't deserve to live, so don't you dare support them!" Chris sighs rubbing his head, "I'm not supporting them, you know I hate those types. I just don't like that type of rap music." Sal rolls his eye, snorting, "Yeah sure you prefer emo music like Linkin Park." Chris gasps, "Linkin Park is NOT emo music, name one example!" Sal holds up his hand, counting down the name of songs, "The entirety of the Meteors album, like Numb. Also 'In The End', sounds like some Walmart associates complaining about their jobs. It's depressing!" Chris rolls his eyes, "Whatever! We got bigger issues here, like what are they thinking?" Sal let's out a big exhale, "Well….no doubt they gonna kill us." Chris, "and you said my taste in music is depressing….. how'd you know how to fight like that?" Sal, "I….. don't know….I blacked out for a moment when we were caught, then suddenly I know how to perform gladiator style fights and whatnot." Chris stands up, and starts inspecting his younger brother's body. Sal's response to it is awkward and uncomfortable. He asks, "What are you doing?' "Didn't you notice that you've gain muscle mass?" Chris asks, "Your body looks like it's been through like years of exercise, and an intense regimen and high consumption rates of protein." Sal stands up, looking at his own body and finds that his brother is right. His eyes lit up, "Shit you're right….and I've never worked out a day in my life! Am I Jesus?" Chris chuckles, standing next him, "No! This is a good thing! This really helps with my work." Sal raises his eyebrow is question, "Work? Am I your guinea pig or something?" Chris shakes his hands and head, "No no! See…Okay, don't tell anyone this, in my Harvard lab I have a piece of your DNA which I procured from your last birthday party." Sal, "I was shooting spitballs, hehe. Okay, you got my DNA from my spit, but why mine?" Chris, "Not just yours….also Kelly's." Sal, "That's sick man!" Chris groans, "Lemme explain everything! Let's sit!" Both brothers sat down, and Chris starts explains what he has been doing in his spare time in his college lab. He went off saying that Sal has a superior form of shapeshifting where he doesn't only take form of anything he touches, but also there memories and abilities. He theorize that he must've gathered the strength and abilities of the Amazon guard's, and now has their combined to potentially escape the island. Sal listens to every word he's saying, then asks, "So, how does Kelly involved in this?" Chris scratches his head, "Okay, no offense but Kelly's DNA is my true research. I was studying on something I called 'The Lineage Factor'." Sal, "The Lineage Factor?' sounds weird." Chris, "It's something I've made up. Ya see, our DNA are like libraries of genetic history of what we were in the past, and what makes 'us' us. What I've learned off of Kelly turns out she has a DNA that closely resembles that of the extinct Megalodon species. I mean, have you ever noticed her being a bit taller and having sharp teeth as she gets older?" Sal think to himself quietly, then his lit up, "Okay you have a point. Mom and Dad did say she's been growing a lot lately. Wait! Is she gonna be like a 100 feet tall when she's a grown up?' Chris, "Well I doubt it, but…let's not ignore that factor. It may happen at some point." Meanwhile, the Queen Hippolyta of the Amazons is pondering amongst herself on whether she should simply sacrifice them or let them rot in their cell. Then suddenly, the door of her chambers open, and two guards are seen walking with Oceana in cuffs. The Queen isn't pleased to see her, and either is the Guard Captain. Hippolyta, "Well well well, isn't it my niece? I hope you're not here to reinstate yourself." Oceana, "Teh no, I'm here about the two boys you got locked up. They're no blood of mine, but am close to them….one of them." Hippolyta, "I was in the middle of deciding on what should I do to them, since they've trespass and ogled my citizens. Acts of foul play, especially males cannot be left unpunished!" Oceana, "They're teenage boys, they're growing up and their curiosities of the female body is normal for them." Hippolyta knocks over a table, spilling wine and fruit onto the floor, "I could care less even if they're yours. I don't take orders from you, and you know it. Their inevitable punishment will still be brought like the fist of Zeus!" Oceana, angrily punches her fist through a solid stone column, "You and I have a lot of unfinished business! I'm here for one thing: get those boys back home, but if you're too much of a stubborn, prideful bitch to do that then take me in their place!" Hippolyta, "You may have been excommunicated, but I won't even think about switching one of my own next of kin into what some man things had done! One of them maimed my best soldiers, and you're asking for leniency?!" The Aunt and Niece are staring at each other, with the latter growling. As the relatives are fighting in words, the brothers down below are in a similar situation. Starting with the youngest sweating and anxious. Chris is noticing such symptoms and asked, "Are you nervous about something, pretty sure mom and dad are trying to get us out of here." Sal is taking deep breaths, "Oh I'm not worried about that, I'm Uhhhh..well…" Sal blushes, scratching his head, "I need to masturbate." Chris's eyes widen and face glows as well, "Really, right now? At a time like this?!" Sal yells back, "I've been masturbating 10 times a day for the past two years, don't judge me!" Chris feels awkward and embarrassed, but shocked to hear about the virility of the youngest Sandersi son. "Whoa…ummm, okay this turned into an awkward but…ten times a day? Jesus." Sal, "Yeah well, been like this since I was twelve" he chuckles a bit, "developed a lot earlier. My hormones really screwed me over as I was finding everything arousing. Now I really gotta do it!" Chris is left aghast, "I'm ignoring that. I wish I could forget this conversation." Sal, "I wish you could shut up, so I could concentrate!" Chris, "Oh come on! Why can't you do it when we get out of here?!" Sal yells back, "It'll be very awkward man, that's why!" Amongst the arguing, the two hear footsteps. Chris shushes his brother to see if they're hearing correctly, soon enough they're met face to face with three of the female guards, who unlocks the gate. Without saying anything, the two guards grab the brothers and carried them out of the cell and all the way to the throne room. There they are dropped in front of the throne, there they see the Queen Hippolyta with a not so happy look on her face, with Oceana standing next to her. Sal saw her and tries to speak, but gets hit by a guard. The Queen speaks, "Stand up man things!" The boys stood up, both filled with anxiety of what would happen. Hippolyta continue to speak, "You two trespass my home, and one of you crippled some of my guards! I would've killed you right away, but," she let's out a disgruntled sigh, "Your friend here convinced me to make another decision that we both reluctantly agreed: you two will face trials that will test your strength. Different trials for each of you that no Amazon wouldn't dare to think of committing." The boys exhale, their anxiety from getting the death penalty didn't subside, rather than increased. No matter what trial may be brought to them, it's possible that it'll kill them or injured quite severely. The Queen points to Sal, "Since you're the one who managed to defeat my guards and maimed them, you'll be tasked on killing some of Hades worst creatures. If my women weren't any difficulty," she smirks, "you'll have fun with them." The boy gulps, then she diverts her attention to Chris, "You don't seem much of a fighter in contrast to your…brother you'll be fighting my daughter. Have fun you two." She motions them to be taking away, which is what the guards did. Oceana sighs, "You're going to get Chris if he fights her." Hippolyta, "I'm surprised you're not worried about the younger one." Oceana, "You'll never believed what I've witnessed when I first saw him. He was a much smaller child, and he managed to take down one of my own men who are twice his size. He did the same for your guards, so who knows what he'll do to the beasts. Effectively, you're potentially making him a better fighter, not weaker." The Queen chuckles, "We'll see about that. How can see kill something if he doesn't see it?" Oceana wants to speak, but she stops herself from saying anything further. She knows what her former ruler is planning, and for the first time she'll be praying for the safety of Chris and Sal in their Trials. Oceana, "Mother Gaia, listen to my prayers…"

7 years later Swimming faster than a bullet across, goes one of the Sandersi children, a boy named Chris. Feeling tired, he finds an island. Climbing onto the island, he rests, laying down as he enjoys the cloudy sky. Chris, "I think I've swam further than I did last time. New record!" He stands up and does his stretches, then he starts hearing some chattering nearby. Piquing his interest, he goes to investigate, when he found out what's making the eyes his eyes go wide and crossed. Chris, "Holy fish sticks!" Back in Atlantis, it's after school, and Mattstrom and Brittany are walking out of the building feeling exhausted from the day. Mattstrom, "Thank Neptune the day ended, my math teacher has been on watching me like a falcon since she caught me kissing her kid." Brittany chuckles, "Is that all you're worried about? You're still grounded cause of that, and Dad is gonna make you chuck sea urchins and oysters today." Mattstrom, "Better than school, can't wait til I graduate." Brittany, "Should've thought of that when you decide to cop a feel on Sedna's boobs." Mattstrom, "Can ya blame me? They're huge!" Brittany, "Well, let's look for Sal, hopefully still at his spot with those clown guys." Mattstrom rolls his eyes as he follows his sister underneath the bleachers of the school's football field. Sal, their adopted younger brother who is a freshman attending high school, is wearing a black hoodie with the Hatchet Man logo printed on it along with other similarly dressed male and female sirens who are with him, listening to him rap alongside the music. "Hit the Church of Scientology A Suicide bomber I'll be the first to admit it gets worse I'm a sex addict Gotta stab your daughter, sister, or your momma Ha Ha Or niece, cousin, auntie, grandma I'm going back in Ok I lost my mind-." Mattstrom interrupts, "Yeah, you certainly lost your mind that you wanna stab someone." Sal turns around, and grunts, "Oh come on, y'all wrecked my flow!" He turns back to his friends, "Yeah sorry guys, I gotta go, see ya around guys." He and his crew exchange goodbyes and then walk with his older siblings while smoking a vape pen. Brittany is disgusted, "Ugh, why do you have to smoke that?" Sal, "In comparison to you two, I'm the most well-behaved. Especially with Sedna's aunt, Captain of the Atlantean Oceana, watching me join her team." Mattstrom, "Could always just say 'no' man, like who lets some woman choose your fate like that." Sal, "Like you've sealed your fate when being caught in bed with the captain's niece." Mattstrom groans loud, "Uugh, is that what I'm gonna be known for?" Brittany, "Eyup, exactly. Also, Sal, you're not the only one who wants the seat of being part of the Atlantean Guard. It's just unfair that she immediately favors you! What's up with that?" Sal, "Eh, I don't know, just told of this last year when she came to visit. Went with it, cause why not. Anyway, you both seen Chris yet, was supposed to meet me after school." Mattstrom, "I don't know, in fact never seen him in a while considering he skipped a grade, and jump straight to college in Harvard on the surface." Then the trio starts hearing someone, "Fellas! Fellas! You guys!" Brittany, "Who the?' They look up and see Chris swimming at them at top speed, which he forgot to land, crashing right in front of his siblings. Mattstrom, "That's gotta hurt." Brittany, "Get up, Chris!" Chris groans, standing up, then he yells, "Guys, you won't believe it! I went swimming, but I went further than ever! So, I rested a bit on an island, and you won't believe who inhabits that island?" Sal is whispering, crossing his fingers, "Hot chicks, hot chick, hot chicks." Mattstrom, "What is it, gold?" Chris, "Nope, a tribe of smoking hot Amazon women." Sal cheers, "Oh thank you, Jesus!' Brittany rolls her eyes, walking, "I'm outta here, you guys go enjoy your perverted fantasies." The boys watch their sister walk away, Mattstrom asks, "So you gonna show us this island, or what?" Later on, the boys are hiding in bushes, and Mattstrom and Sal are in awe seeing a civilization consisting of women. Sal whispers, "Oooh wee mama, this is like heaven. Call dibs on the thick ones." Mattstrom whispers, "They're all thick, that ain't right!" Chris whispers, "Stop talking! I doubt these Amazons are gonna *bow down* when they see three boys hiding in bushes." Sal pulls up his phone, "Hold up, I wanna take a pic, especially that redhead with the ponytail~." The brothers rolled their eyes as the youngest takes multiple pictures. At some point, they were about to leave, but their presence has been alerted by the barking of the dogs in their direction. Mattstrom, "Oh shit, they got dogs run!" The boys scamper away as women with spears and shields are going after them. Mattstrom is the first one to dive into the water, he waits underneath for his brothers. Sal is about to jump in, but Chris fell on a rock his glasses cracked. Sal turns around and sees him, "Oh shit Chris!" He runs back to his brother, with the soldiers hot on their tails. As they get to the ridge, a spear struck the right of them, and they gasped. Mattstrom peeks his head above the water, "Come on, jump!" The boys pass the spear, and they jump in the water, but they both got grabbed and put in a headlock. Mattstrom immediately ducks back in the water, to avoid getting caught, but he can see his brothers struggling to be free. He wanted to be free, but his fear overpowers him and he swims away. Mattstrom, "Shit! Shit! Shit! I gotta tell Dad!" On the surface, the boys are just kicking and screaming. Sal is struggling violently when one of the Amazons raises her bronze club. That's where Sal starts hallucinating, seeing demons, not women again. His teeth become sharp and he bites down on a hand hard enough that he cut a finger. She screams, letting him go Sal grabs the club of the Amazon that's about to strike him, biting her arm. He then proceeds to viscously swing his club at the guards who are holding Chris; repeating a certain day where he almost killed three Atlantean officers. Chris is horrified, seeing his brother beating up women that are twice his size. Then he screams when he sees spears impaling Sal. Sal looks down, then more spears plunge through his body. That didn't do anything, as he was still standing pulling out the spears; even breaking one to hold the blade. Chris can see a difference like his eyes are red, and a black mist smokes out of his body. Chris, "Dude, what are you?" Sal, "Just run, tell Mom and Dad I loved them." Chris, "Wha-" "Go!" Chris starts running away and one soldier goes after him, but Sal throws the spear blade at her chest; hitting her. Sal, "If any of you go after him, I'll kill you." Unfortunately, an Amazon had recaptured him and knocked him out. Sal fell through the same fate, as he couldn't bite the arm of one since she was wearing bracers. Meanwhile, in Atlantis, Jack is at home watching TV with Kelly. Oracle enters the household, "Hun, can you help me with the groceries?" Jack stands up and sees it's just his wife, "Wait, the boys didn't come with you?" Oracle, "Uh no? I thought they are here by now." Jack shakes his head, "They better have a good explanation, cause Brittany came home by herself." Oracle, "Oh no, first Mattstrom, and now Sal and Chris. I hope they are okay." Suddenly a loud thud is heard outside, then exhausted Mattstrom barges in panting heavily. The parents go over to him, with the Mom holding him. Jack, "Matt, what happened? You look like you're being chased by a shark!" Matt, "*pant* Chris...Sal....island...women....got caught...in trouble." The parents grew ever so more concerned, even Kelly is looking over, scared. Jack, "Deep breaths son, just tell me what happened with you and your brothers." Mattstrom sits down, and his breathing becomes steady, "Me and Sal...followed Chris to an island that he found...We were ogling at some women there...then we got caught...." He starts crying, "I left them there! I should have helped them, but I got scared! I hope they aren't dead!" Oracle tries to comfort her son, Jack starts picking up the phone. His wife asks, "I hope you're called Oceans, 'cause they don't allow men on the island. Who knows what they'll do you them." Jack, "Oh I am, but I know the boys. They are smart enough to comply than fight." Back on the island, a beaten Sal who has chains all over his body is sitting next to Chris, who is contemplating what transpired today. Chris, "We are *so* in trouble, and...what happened to you?" Sal, "I...I don't know, just blacked out, and now here am I. Fuck." Chris, "We should be okay, knowing Matt he probably made it home and told Dad everything. He does work in the Diplomacy Department, who knows what connection he has." Sal, "Me too, 'cause I have a bad feeling about what will happen next." Chris whistles, "Same." The fate of the two brothers is unknown, but hopefully, their lives are being saved by their kin.

Bright light, even with his eyes close it still bright. He tries to get away from it, but he couldn't. Like he's being restrained, then he hears a faint voice. ???, "Hey, wake up kid! Wake up!" He groans, opening his eyes. When the bright light from a lamp is moved, he sees the Captain Guard, and she doesn't look happy. Captain Guard, "You have a lot of nerve of coming here illegally, and beating up the local authorities like you owned the place! Speak damn you!" Then a knock is heard, and a man steps in, "Okay Captain Oceana that's enough, I'll take it from here." Oceana leaves the room in an angry huff, slamming the door. The man sits down, lowering the brightness which the boy can see a male siren with a more kind face, who turns on a recording machine. "Hello," he speaks with a gentle tone, "My name is Dr. Joseph Anwhistle, I'm a therapist and child psychologist. Mind telling me your name?" The boy hesitates, being distrustful, he looks down not answering. The doctor, "Look, I'm not here to hurt you, I don't know what those cops did, but whatever they did to you there'll be an investigation." The kid looks up at him, he speaks, "You promise, to put away the demons?" Dr. Anwhistle gleams that he got the child to speak, "Yes, I promise, now do you have a name I can call you?" Boy, "I....I don't have a name...never got one. My...granddad usually calls me 'wertloses Stück Scheiße' or 'kleine kaputte Fickspielzeuge." Dr. Anwhistle gasps, but his composure remains, "So, you're from the surface? How are you able to breathe underwater? How did you get here?" Boy shrugs, "A giant tsunami came and swallowed me, and uhh...well I find myself not dead and have green skin and gills. I don't know why, but.... I'm happy." Dr. Anwhistle's brow raise in curiosity, "Happy? Explain why you're happy?" Boy explains further of his dream, "Ever since I heard of the story of Atlantis and mermaids, I always dreamed of coming here. To live here, to get away from the hell. Not exactly what I've imagined, but *chuckles* it's awesome!" Dr. Anwhistle smiles a bit, "Well the city is a sight to see, and I'm proud of it. Although, what makes you think that you can live here?" The boy slams his fist on the table, tearing up, "Please don't make me go back up! I beg you! I don't wanna be with him and his demons anymore! Please!" This happened minutes ago, Dr. Anwhistle share the recorded session to the Captain Guard Oceana in her office. He turns off the recorder, "He seems to be suffering from severe physical and psychological abuse from his grandfather, and I believe the 'demons' are the law enforcement in the surface; I'm afraid to say that he was sexually abused and his grandfather may have instigated." Oceana, "Helluva fighter for a land kid, yet it doesn't explain how he isn't drowning." Dr. Anwhistle, "Well, I managed to pick up the lab results of his blood work, which is upon your request to see if he's under the influence." He says pulling out folder, which Oceana swipes it from him. She opens it to read it, and she sighs in relief, "Okay, he's not under any influence, thank God. Also, it kind of does and doesn't answer the question what he is." Dr. Anwhistle, "What do you mean?" Oceana hands the folder to him, when he picks it up he feels discombobulated, under race it says "Unknown." Dr. Anwhistle, "'Unknown?' Has to be more than that. Perhaps a mutant of sort, a shapeshifter?" Oceana, "Well whatever he is, we can use the 'child abuse' he got to go easy on him, since he's a kid, and I'm still gonna make him be part of my team." Dr. Anwhistle, "I'm not here to argue, but I suggest to wait till he's old enough to join within the law. You don't want your department to have bad publicity for child labor. I strongly prefer if he lives with a loving family, he desperately needs it." Oceana, "Well he isn't living with me, and obviously not you....but, I suppose my sister don't mind taking care another child, since she always popping out more with that husband of hers and her virility. Dr. Anwhistle, "That's a much better idea than him sleeping in the barracks with a bunch of grown men; considering his upbringing." Oceana, "I'll call her now, and you take him there. I'm locking up tonight." Joseph nods, leaving the office. After struggling to convince the child to come with him. Captain Oceana's sister, Oracle procured up to 5 children with her husband, with 2 being adopted. Nonetheless, Joseph feels confident that the Boy will enjoy his time with his new supposed family. When they arrived, the Boy's heart rates races as he steps closer to the household. Dr. Anwhistle looks at him, getting on one knee, "Look I know it's scary, but trust me she loves kids, and I know her. Give this a chance." The boy takes a deep breath and nods, the doctor smiles ringing the doorbell. The door opens, the boy is greeted with a warm smiling buxom woman. Oracle, "Hi Joseph, how's everything?" Dr. Anwhistle, "I'm doing fine, and uh this is the child that Oceana called ahead about." Oracle looks down, seeing a blushing shy young boy, she smiles, "Awww, isn't he adorable? Who wants this face." She brings his hand to him, pinching it. He grunts, but blushes; smiling a bit. Oracle giggles, "Well thanks Joseph, I'll take it from here." The doctor nods, leaving before he waves goodbye to the boy. Oracle holds his hands, brings him inside her house. Oracle, "Okay sweetie, this is your new home, *she talks to him while kneeling* I'm your new mommy. Your new daddy will be here soon, with your new brother and sisters. Now, let's get you into some new clothes, and I'll make you dinner. Sounds good?" The boy, shyly nods, "I never knew my mom or dad....I'm..." He starts crying, couldn't continue his sentence. Oracle hugs him, cradling him, "It's okay child, your mom is here. Come on, let's clean you up." Oracle took time cleaning him up via bath, and she's appalled to see a child young as him having scars. She can be heard cursing underneath her breath, "My God, I hope whoever did this to you will go to fucking hell. I'll send them there myself! Poor child, don't deserve this." The clothes are hand me downs of the eldest child, who moved out, and they fit perfectly on the Boy. Now, he's downstairs sitting in the kitchen counter. Watching his new mom cook his first hot meal in ages. He asks, "What are you making?" Oracle, "Glad you've asked sweetie, I'm making fish stew. It's your new father's favorite, and I know you'll like it too." Boy, "Okay." Then the two hear a car pull up onto the drive way. The door opens, and suddenly loud children making sounds starts filling the house. The husband, Jack is heard, "Hey Oracle, how's my sexy wife doing?" Oracle giggles, "Language Jack, kids are here and we got ourselves a new member." Jack sees the boy sitting on the counter, the husband grins "Well I'll be dipped, who's the little guy? Hey slugger, what's your name?" The kid curls up, feeling anxious as he doesn't know how to answer, especially to a man with a muscular who came inside holding all 6 kids. Oracle steps in dragging him away, "Hun, sorry for not letting you know earlier, but...Oceana says he's been through hell on the surface. This is very foreign for him, seeing a family and all." Jack nods, understanding, "Ah okay, just tell me everything after dinner." The couple goes back to their business, with the husband, "Okay kids, your mother is about done with dinner, so go and wash up and be back here in 10 minutes." The kids exclaimed, "Okay!" All of them went upstairs, and Jack sits next to his new adopted son. Jack, "Hey kid I'm sorry for being to sudden. Just wanna let you know that I'm not a bad guy, whoever hurts you, lemme know , I'll come over, and kick whoever's ass who did God knows what to ya." Oracle, "Honey, language!" Jack chuckles, shaking his head, continues talking, "Now, I don't expect much from all of my kids, but all I want is your 100% cooperation. Understand?" The boy nods, "Maybe you can kick my granddad's and the demon's asses?" Jack laughs, while Oracles gasps at curse words. Jack smiles, "Oh I like this kid already, do you have a name son?" "No," he answers, "Never had one." Jack, "Well that's unexcusable, hmmm... tell you what, how does Salvador sound, or Sal?" The boys eyes gleam showing Jack his answer. The siren father smiles, "Salvador it is, welcome to the family, son." "Sal" smiles, liking his new name. After dinner, Oracle is in bed with Jack, who she explains Sal's upbringing. All Jack can feel is anger, "Good God those surface people, especially his own damn kin!" Oracle, "Hun, lower your voice, but I agree it's unforgiving how they treat him like some broken ragdoll." Jack, "Teh, well at least planned his future for him, only good thing she did in years." Oracle, "Oh come on Jackson, she's a good Captain of the Atlantean Guard. Her heart is at the right place." Like making doctor's appointments, and child therapists. Who knows what more could've happened to him." Jack, "Whatever it is, I'll be there. He's a Sandersi now, and we look after each other. Now, let's get some sleep." The couple turns off their lights and head to sleep. Meanwhile, Salvador is sharing a bunk bed with his new siblings. So far, they're nice to him, but his anxiety is telling him otherwise; like a secondary voice of doubt in his head. He tries to go to sleep, but struggles due to nightmares. Then he wakes up, seeing a sibling, holding a stuffed animal. Sal, "Umm, you're not gonna pee on me or 'do me' are you, umm K-Kelly?" Kelly, "No, just wanna give you my teddy. He'll make the bad dreams go away." She slips her teddy bear in his bed, and leaves the room. He hugs the teddy bear tightly, and goes to sleep. This time, he fell asleep soundly, feeling safe for the first time. It's been years that he dreamt a good dream, he cried of happiness in his sleep, and he's happy the dream has come true.

It all started like it was yesterday, a cloud blanket that covered the sky; like any other day, and a little boy running out of the door. Panting as he hugs it, then gets startled when a bottle is thrown through the window. He lets out a sigh and then walks away from his single-story broken-down house. Every time he walks away he vows to never come back, but that wasn't true as he always comes back and deals with a nightmare. A nightmare that he can't wake up from. Donning an oversized hoodie, sneakers, and many bruises on his face; he is a clear portrait of poverty. So are everyone else that lives in the slums where factory waste and pollution. Left and right, everyone is dying from consuming debris in the water, consumption from the air pollution, and the usual violence from gangs and corrupted law enforcement. One must say how does this child still live? Well, some say it's his life in his house that hardened him, which is what many logical thinkers would conclude; but it's an entirely different matter. He walks down the crumbled road, he is then stopped by three men, holding chains, knives, and a bat. One of them asks, "Hey ya li'l shit. Seems ya far from home, how about I help you get there." The boy gives them a blank face, and speaks, "I prefer out here than coming back, but y'all are in my way. Either get out or get blood out of your heads." The men laughed at the kid's words, and without saying anything one of them swung a bat at the child. Right at the second, the child grabs it, and the men are heard screaming for mercy as they are getting pummeled by the same boy. He, the boy, still carrying the weapon, walks away from the three men whose bodies are twitching with whatever life they have. This is considered a normal day for him. He swings the bat in the air, in a toying manner. Many people, old and new, know about him. He's a boy who feels no fear out in the streets, and they don't know why. Whenever anyone dares to try harming him, somehow he has the strength to beat down a full adult man to submission. Nobody knows his name, and some say he doesn't know his own. He continues to walk down the street, where he reaches the local docks. He doesn't work there, more or less he loiters, but the workers don't care as long as he doesn't get in the way. He sits down at a far end and stares at the crashing waves. He lets out a sign, "I wish I can swim, breathe underwater, and escape from this place. Maybe a mermaid princess might adopt me, and not get beat with a Blue Ribbon." He blush at the thought, but sighs in disbelief, "Who am I kidding? No such thing as mermaids, or a mermaid princess. Not in a million years." He would sit there for hours on end, dreaming of that fantasy, but there are times when he'll just stare straight at the dark pit. Thinking of falling, and not getting back up. These thoughts would cloud his mind, but he shakes them off as he talks to himself, "When I'm older. I'm getting out of here, and not coming back. I'll have loads of money, married to a beautiful wife, and if I do have kids I'll be much better than him." He would repeat this dream to be strong, and no matter how bad he has it now he'll push on with his head up high. Each day may become darker than the other, but there is no reason for him to stop yearning for this dream. With the sun standing high above, he wipes his sweat off his brow and gets up. Feeling thirsty, and hungry he starts to scavenge. An easy way to do this is simple: he uses his bat to gain some money. Not through a mugging, more by breaking a machine that dispenses them; or looting a recent corpse. But all that changed when alarms are heard around the area, the boy looks around and sees sailors running away. He turns to the sea and there he spots a tsunami heading to him. He drops his bat, staring in awe, "Ach Scheiße." Soon as the massive sea wall hits the shore, he began running away, but becomes engulf by the ocean; alongside many unlucky people and buildings. What felt like an eternity, the boy wakes to the darkness of the ocean. He then can see through the darkness, he looks at his hands to find it to be green and with scales. "What the? I'm green, and I can breathe?! Holy shit this is awesome!", He exclaims. For the first time, he feels excitement and happiness. The dreadful life of fear, misery, and abuse is long past behind him. Far into the abyss, he sees light, he swims to it, there he finds a beautiful sight underwater. His eyes light up when he got closer, he says, "Ho-ly shit.... it's real...", He starts tearing up, "Maybe there's a God..thank you." He speedily swims to the entrance, finding what the tales he hears to be true, aquatic people of the same color as current skin. "Atlanteans, and high technology. Can't believe I'm gonna say this, but I hope my granddad is alive so I can show him this....and kill him." He contemplates to himself. Watching how the citizens are entering in and out of the city through border checks, he snuck in by tailing underneath a floating vehicle, then it got stopped by the guard. A guard is heard talking driver, "Business or visiting?" Driver, "Business, I came from Tranquility Bay." Guard, "Okay, just turn to the left, slowly pass the x-ray and you'll be good." The driver nods, doing what he's told, just as he turns the boy let's go and quickly swam away from the guard. He breathes heavily, from anxiety, "Holy crap, this better not be a dream, if it is I don't wanna awake...unless I'm dead, then well whatever." He starts walking, enjoying the sights, marveling the beauty of the underwater city. He couldn't just shake off his excitement, of course until he hears a whistle. He turns around, and finds a local cop aiming for him. Cop, "Hey you!" The cop charges, "Where are your parents at, do you know it's about to be passed curfew?" The boy starts hyperventilating, seeing the cop walking to him makes him sees flashbacks of a dark day involving three police officers. Then he sees the full picture when the atlantean officer grabs his arm, the boy shrieks grabbing the club and proceeds to use to swing at the cops leg hard. The cop screams, falls down, but the tearing boy keeps beating him. He doesn't see an innocent fish man, he's hallucinating that he's beating a demon. With all the yelling being heard, many more police starts showing up, even the Atlantean Guard comes to the fray. When they arrived, all they see is a little kid in an oversized hoodie managed to subdue three police officers. Captain.Guard, "Neutralize the kid with a tranquilizer, now!" The boy pants heavily, he looks around seeing nothing but demonic faces, then he gasps. He sees a dart hits his neck, he looks at the culprit which being the Captain Guard. He growls, a black mist shows underneath him, and starts going after the captain. Til she hits another dart, which he finally slaps. Captain Guard, "Bring this kid to the station, find who his parents. Call every ambulance over here, this kid did more damage than I thought....heh, might be a helluva soldier too." The boy is picked up, locked in a vest, and being put into a van. It drives away as ambulances came over to tend the injured. A guard as the Captain, "You think it's a good idea to keep him, he seems like an outsider with those clothes." Captain Guard, "Don't care who he is, but make this seem like some usual gangs came by and cause a ruckus. That damn maybe a foreigner, but if he fights like that he deserves a spot in the force. Now, let's find out who the hell he is. Let's roll out!"

So when a soul leaves the body it has nowhere to go, and must remain here, in the Metro. A harsh, but not undeserved atonement for our sins, wouldn't you agree?" - Khan, Metro: 2033. Khan is a character in the Metro series, playing the role of the "spiritual guide" for the playing character Artyom. He represents a side of Artyom using pacifistic means to accomplish goals rather than using violence; which is supported by the game's Karma Point system. The quote above is Khan explaining to Artyom that he believes that the afterlife somehow has "vanished" when all of Russia has been hit by strikes of nuclear missiles twenty years before the game events. Upon people's or animals' death, their souls won't go to the afterlife, rather than their souls will remain in the Metro, shown by their moving shadows, reliving the last moments of their deaths. (Although, it's not official, but players theorized that the shadows might be hallucinations from radiation poisoning.) Now, I'm making this simply to ask a question: what would happen if this is an actual real life thing. We die living our last moments, our shadows being stuck on Earth forever; also killing anyone who walks through them. Worst part is the catastrophes like the Titanic sinking and the 9/11 attacks, the World Wars, and more. It'll be a black Earth. Lord Karl Heisenberg is an antagonist boss character in Resident Evil Village, he is by far the most human-looking villain in contrast to Donna and Miranda. Karl Heisenberg's backstory is widely unknown, but it's said that he was kidnapped and experimented on by Miranda with the Cadou Parasite. At the near conclusion of the game when playing as Chris Redfield, there's a book with Karl's family's symbol on it with a note explaining that Karl Heisenberg is a successful experiment, being more than the likes of Lady Dimitrescu; however, it became in vain as Miranda deemed him as a failure. His experimentation didn't change his human appearance like the other Lords and as a bonus, he was given the ability of Magnetism, allowing him to control metals to his will. This complements the fact that he uses this to build an army of cyborg corpses that are being built in his factory. After being kidnapped, experimented on, and watching how Miranda used the Villagers and the other Lords as Guinea Pigs just to revive her dead daughter; Karl ever since held a grudge against Miranda and was secretly planning a rebellion against her til the events of the game. Very first encounter with Karl, Ethan tries to enter the castle but gets caught by the Lord himself. After the argument with Alcina about who gets to kill Ethan, Karl wins and lets the Lycans give chase. Ethan manages to escape alive and proceeds on a long journey to gather the flasks that contain dismembered pieces of his daughter, Rosemary. Karl even tried to persuade Ethan to join, but Ethan refuses. Ethan escapes the factory and manages to kill Heisenberg whilst driving an artillery vehicle; plus his army was destroyed by Chris Redfield. Karl's boss fight naturally consists of the player driving a battle vehicle, traversing the landscape, and shooting at his weak points while blocking his attacks with a rotating chainsaw. The Duke describes Karl Heisenberg as the "most dangerous Lord", and it is supported by how he's able to control the magnetic field and the metals around him. In theory, he might be able to kill the other Lords single-handedly with some ease.

Lord Salvatore Moreau is an antagonist of Resident Evil Village, and is one of the four Lords of the region. He's easily recognizable and distinguish by having the less human appearance, by being shorter and have a severe hunch back and wearing a black cloak and sporting a crown made out of bones. Upon removing the cloak, it'll reveal a massive mass with multiple eyes and many growths that covers the entirety of his back; plus also having a fish tail that dangles at the end. Salvatore's past is a mystery, but indications of his controlling region, especially a sign reading "Moreau's Clinic" could mean that his family were possibly doctors. With Salvatore himself presumably a fisherman in his youth, since he had a tattoo of an anchor. When Mother Miranda came to be, she infected him with the Cadou Parasite, and the end results turned him into a grotesque mutant. According to Miranda's notes on Moreau, he's deemed as an ultimate failure due to the outcome and having low brain function and not able to control his transformation into an amphibious-fish like monster and ability to spew acid and emit a moss-like substance. Plus, he always refers to Miranda as "Momma" showing the decrease of his intelligence, and he always has the need and want to prove himself in the eyes of Mother Miranda and the other lords so they could respect him. With his inability to control, he starts feeding on any unlucky fishermen that prowls at his territory, and started to flood the reservoir for his own needs. Salvatore, like the other lords, started to experiment on the unlucky villagers with the Cadou Parasite. His experimentations, according to journals, usually resulted in the guinea pigs either being dead or turned into the Lycan creatures; nonetheless, they're never considered as successful. Except for the four of the Lycans, in which Moreau injected wolf DNA straight into the spine of said victims, turning them into large wolf like monstrosities dubbed "Vârcolac." Note: there's an Alpha version of these beasts, and it's probably the very first creation of these beasts, as Alpha means One or First. Upon meeting Ethan Winters in his domain, he begs Ethan not to the take the flask of Rosemary, his daughter. After meeting Chris Redfield and his team, Moreau destroyed his base camp as his mutated form, and wound up complaining to Ethan that Miranda should've chosen him, and not Rose or Ethan. With the reservoir's dam open, Ethan could exit out of the area without the danger of Moreau eating him, but eventually Ethan had to kill him. Which results in Salvatore exploding in a mess of his own guts. As Ethan said, "Moreau...like life, he died the same way: disgusting!" Salvatore Moreau plays a trope of the boss who wants to prove himself to the main boss, and usually that type of character naturally isn't that entirely smart and/or extremely disfigured beyond human comprehension. And also is what the players will take pity for sympathy Lord Salvatore Moreau displayed for all three traits. Also, I believe he's based upon Quasimodo, from Hunchback of Notre Dame, cause both are French, are extremely disfigured, and their caregivers and everyone around them do not want to do anything with them.

Donna Beneviento is one of the Four Lords, and an antagonist of Resident Evil Village. She's born during the 20th century, and has ancestral links to Berengario, a man rumored to be a folklore ancient mutant who had disputes with the four other lords of the region. At a young age, both of her parents committed suicide, which lead her mentally traumatized, and has undiagnosed interpersonal anxieties which lead her to only speak through a doll that her father made her named Angie, and at some point, according to a journal by her Gardner she managed to gain a scar on her face. She had a relative named Claudia, but it's unknown whether she's a daughter or a sister. All in all, she spent most of her life being a doll maker to replace her lost family. At some point, Mother Miranda, a leader of a pagan cult who worships the Black God, had injected her with the Cadou Parasite. Which allows her to control a certain plant that can make hallucinogenic pollen which she can control. Adding that, she separated her Cadou to all of her dolls, even Angie, springing them to life by her command. With help of her unknowing gardener who planted more of the plants to cover her entire area with the hallucinating pollen, making anyone who trespass to gone mad, and potentially see their dead relatives/loved ones; like the gardener did, and protagonist, Ethan Winters. Mother Miranda noted that her mutation from the Cadou parasite is favorable, but her mental instability left her to be unfit. Donna Beneviento's house resides in a field of mist, and her house is set near a waterfall. Upon entering the area, the player will hallucinate Ethan's supposed dead wife Mia, up until reaching the cave entrance to the house, which is opened by putting a picture of Mia and infant child Rosemary into the mail slot. When entering the house, you'll see some dolls and eventually an elevator to the basement of the house. After entering a room with a table in the middle, you'll find Angie holding a flask, and then disappeared alongside with your weapons. The uniqueness of Donna is that there's no weapons when it came to fight her, besides using a pair of scissors, but what makes this section of the game memorable and frightening is simply because of one thing: you're being chased by a giant fetus that makes baby noises. Which you have to hide, while trying to get the elevator working again. After escaping the fetus, you'll have to fight Donna herself, and for the first time you'll hear her actual voice, although mostly it's her doll you have to fight via a game of hide and seek. Whenever you found Angie, Ethan will proceed to stab Angie in the head, in reality you're actually stabbing Donna herself. After three stabs, Donna will finally die and then crystalize. Two major differences between Donna and the other bosses is: - she doesn't have Crystallized remains to collect, so instead you sell Angie - you don't get to shoot her Plus, you never get to seen her actual face, and the only time is by her death animation scene. Using photo mode, you can see that she has a growth on the left side of her face, revealing the Cadou Parasite inhabiting her face; presumably the mentioned scar. Plus, you can see a portrait of her with her doll Angie on the stairs of her house. Donna Beneviento is indeed a unique boss, following a trope that not most games have: a boss that uses psychological means to defeat their enemy. She's never direct to her enemy, unlike how Alcina Dimitrescu was to the player, and instead prefers to hide in the shadows of her dolls; literally and figuratively as her clothes consists being an all black ventriloquist clothes and a veil. Also....that fetus scares me more than her porcelain dolls

Lady Alcina Dimitrescu is one of Resident Evils most notable and extremely memorable antagonist and boss from Resident Evil Village. One of her most notable traits is her gigantic size, and vampiric-like traits; i.e pale skin, literal thirst for blood, and eternal youth. Alcina is born before WWI, and outside of the titular village where she's afflicted with an hereditary blood disease that causes her skin to blister upon exposure to sun. After WWII with the abolishment of notably, she returned back to the village and found that the villagers are in a Neo-Pagan Cult that's worships the Black God. Mother Miranda, the leader, infected Alcina Dimitrescu with the Cadou parasite, a nematode that's been affected by the Black God's mold. End result was in astounding favors, with her height increased, eternal youth, regenerative abilities and the ability to grow her nails into claws at any moment. Sadly, her blood disease wasn't cured and Alcina needs to consume high amounts of blood and flesh to keep her immortality and healing factor. With Mother Miranda's aid, she took over a nearby castle and in return, she'll perform experiments with the Cadou Parasite. These leads to the birth of her daughters, Daniela, Bela, and Cassandra; who can transform their bodies into large swarm of flies, but have an extreme weakness to cold temperatures. With their daughters presents, the staffing of the castle have been reduced significantly due to the daughter's sadistic and psychopathic tendencies. Upon Ethan Winter's arrival to the village, Alcina became the first die by his hands alongside her daughters, and her bloodline. Lady Alcina Dimitrescu is a prideful woman of her family name, and even considers her non-biological daughters as her very own as she grew angry when they were killed off. Adding more, she's a misaundrist, always referring to Ethan as a "man thing", and according to Karl Heisenberg she'll castrate any males that are in her castle; plus, all documents that are found in her lair shows that only females wait staff are present as there were never any males mentioned. To add more insult to injury, her favorite drink, "Sanquis Virginis" which is translate to "Maidens Blood", there's heavy implications that she drinks her wait staff virgin blood under the guise of wine. Upon her boss battle, she'll transform into a dragon like creature, with her torso appears on the back, and her as the weakness. Of course, she could fly, and she can summon swarms of insects to distract the player and harm them. Upon defeat, she'll crystalize due to the Cadou-mold parasite inside her, which you can pickup her remains to sell it off to The Duke. Lady Alcina Dimitrescu is a character that everyone will remember, due to Capcom's release of the promotional trailer of the game.
